Web Series: Transmission

A TV newscaster announces the mysterious appearance of people showing up at the hospital with "severe bites and lacerations." Yes, the zombie apocalypse has struck, and "Transmission," the made-in-Jacksonville web series that explores that bloodthirsty scenario, has premiered online.

Some of the acting isn't quite up to professional grade, but that's to be expected in such a project. Everything else though? Top-notch. I look forward to more weekly episodes coming out each Tuesday. It will keep me going until "The Walking Dead" comes back to AMC.
